Seattle is planning on building tallest tower 

Seattle is planning on building it's tallest skyscraper in about 20 years. The Developers of the project hope to breakground on the building to be located at Fifth Avenue and columbia Street this summer. The development has been on hold for some time due to the slowdown in the economy. But now the time is right to start getting the project off the ground. This tower will be taller than the iconic Seattle Space Needle, and will be built in such a way as to protect the United First Methodist Church which is next door, from being demolished. The tower when complete will rise 660 feet.
