Official Ground Breaking Today at One York Office TowerToday is the official groundbreaking on the One York Office Tower, which is located at the corner of Harbour and York Streets in the Southcore District of downtown Toronto. The project is being spearheaded by Menkes Developments, which also has a residential component attached to the project called, Harbour Plaza Residences. Which will be two condo towers over 200 meters. The Office project will be 37 floors, and stand over 175 meters, making it the tallest office tower to date in the Southcore Area. The Toronto office market is on somewhat of a tear, with almost 5 million square feet of space under construction. Office towers under construction right now include, Bay Adelaide Center (East Tower), Bremner Tower (Southcore), and RBC Waterpark Place (Harbourfront - Oxford).
