NimbyTect Part 2: St. Lawrence Market

NimbyTect Part 2: St. Lawrence Market

NimbyTect, and urbandreamer stun again with a awesome re-visioning of their premier work which was featured on this website two nights ago. They have changed the materials, from the glorious red brick, to an amazing futuristic white glazing. The creativity of the design, re-imagines the St. Lawrence Market Site, which is currently being built as the luxurious condo the Berczy. Take a look at what's new and also their previous incarnation of the property.

In our Previous Blog Post:

NimbyTect's First project occurs at the Corner of Kirk and Kirk (that would be Front and Church for the none Celtic Speakers) and is the site of the currently under construction Berczy Condo in the heart of the St. Lawrence Market Neighbourhood.  This awesome and abstract urban rendering highlights the full potential of the site and intergrate it's form into the built form of it's community. Especially note the St. Lawrence Market Trademark Red Brick, this textured cladding, breaks up the monotony seen in other parts of town where blue and green glass takes centre stage. Brick also creates more texture for the residents and patrons of the area alike.
