New Toronto Skyline Rendering Released With Harbour Plaza and One York

Some new Skyline Renderings with One York Office Tower by Menkes and Harbour Plaza Residences, also by Menkes were released today. They show the full extent to which the Toronto Skyline will be changed by the rapidly developing Southcore Business and Residential  District south of the main business hub, as well as Union Station. The area has been a prime spot for development as it's right on the main transportation hub of Toronto and it has added amenities in that it is right next to the lake as well as Harbourfront. The towers and podium back onto the main highway into the downtown core, called the Gardiner Expressway, as well as the access arterial road, Lake Shore Boulevard.
