KPF's latest London skyscraper Forwarded to City For Approval


A New Tower has been approved by City of London planners for the financial district, as revealed by local Estate Agents. The proposed tower is 38 floors and contains  58,000m² of office space. It will be known as 52-54 Lime And be located next to the Lloyds Insurance Building. The project has signed on the lead tenant of WR Berkley. The tower has been named "The Scalpel" as it is similarly shaped. The Tower will be 206 meters tall.
