Delta Hotel Southcore
Construction Update on the Delta Hotel from Simcoe and Bremner Boulvard
Delta recently announced its plan to leave its old hotel at the corner of Yonge and Gerrard for the new tower under construction now in Southcore. The present owners of the old Hotel, did not want to make required renovations to the older hotel to keep it or raise its ranking level to that of a 4 star hotel.
