Construction Starting at Pace Condo
Excavation begins at Pace Condo. Sign says Pace Condos is sold out. Development spearheaded by Great Gulf Homes at the corner of Jarvis and Dundas. The area just to the east is part of a massive redevelopment of a former government housing project. The Regent Park revitalization project is being developed by Daniels, which is one of the larger developers in Toronto. Great Gulf is best known as the developer of the One Bloor East Project at Yonge and Bloor in Yorkville.
