Berczy Condos and Market Wharf Condos
Construction Continues on both projects in the St. Lawrence Market. The Condo Market in Toronto is expected to moderate in 2013, as the sales of new project slows, and few developers release new projects until there are signs of another big purchasing push. Great numbers of young people are moving into the downtown core from aboard and from the inner and outer suburbs of Toronto. This push has caused developers to build taller and more elaborate towers such as the L Tower, and Market Wharf which have generally pleasing curves.
