Cadillac Fairview's 16 York project has been sitting quietly on the backburner for some time now, but when the ICE Condo towers begin to near completion there is word and speculation that Cadillac Fairview may be forced to play it's hand and begin construction on this office project which would site at the corner of Bremner Blvd, and York St. 
The Building has been designed with distinctive wrap around glass lobby, which will rise more than 40 feet, creating one of the most dramatic lobby entrances in the city. In addition the building will also have a unique offset at 22 floors which will in effect create a startling silhouettte on the Southcore Skyline.
