The Graydon Hall, neighbourhood of Toronto, is becoming one of the choice locations for condominums in the North York Region. The Area is surrounded by lush parkland, and ravines of the Don Valley including the Donalda Golf Course. Also on the rise in the area are several condo projects, and general revitalization of key landmarks. Projects on the go that you might have heard of are the Argento Condominums by Tridel, as well as just north of the 401 Highway, Dream tower, and Emerald City across from the Fairview Mall. The area benefits in that it is well served by transit by both the Sheppard Subway Line, the Don Mills 25 Bus line, as well as the York Mills 95 line that takes you to the Yonge Subway.
