ICE Condo Construction Update
ICE Condo 1 and 2. Looks like tower 2 is rising at a pretty good clip. Tower 1 seems to have stalled or is moving at a pretty slow clip. The cladding installation on tower 1 appears to have come to a halt. However tower 1 is rising, just looks to be moving much slower than the currently shorter tower. I was on Bremner last night, and in my opinion this street has lots of potential with regards to increased amenities. It has the ACC on one end and Rogers Centre and SkyDome on the other end. Perfect place for an Entertainment Boulevard.
