Word has broken that Ernst and Young Accounting Firm is the tenant signed on to least the most important top floors of the 100 Adelaide West Tower proposed by Oxford Properties. As I pointed out earlier this year, the existing tenants at the existing structure where this skyscraper will go, got their waking papers already. So all is in order, along with the permit to begin construction. Things in the office sector in the downtown Toronto Core, look to be heating up, after almost 20 years of domancy we now have several office towers, either recently completed, under construction, proposed, or in the site preperation phase, as this one tower appears to be in right now.
