In the heart of Southcore Bremner Tower is being developed by BC-IMC out of British Columbia and Great West Life. They have teamed up on the other Southcore Towers including 18 York which is home to PWC - (Price Waterhouse Coopers), and the Delta Hotel which is currently under construction. When Complete Southcore will provide expanded Financial District Coverage for the City of Toronto along with improved access to Union Station, which itself is in the midst of a massive renovation project to improve it's capacity to over 800,000 riders a day.
