Aura Condo Construction Update
Here is the latest photo of the construction at Aura Condo. From this view it looks like I was off on my post from yesterday claiming this tower was up 45 floors. It appears it is actually up 47 floors, cause I know the elevator hoist goes up 41 floors so its far easier to count the remaining floors from this vantage point.
This photo was taken from Bay and College. The Aura Condo tower is being developed by Canderel Developments out of Montreal. The tower will rise 78 floors in total and have additional levels for mechanical. It is the tallest tower under construction in Canada, and will be so for the foreseeable future, there is nothing set to break ground in the next 3 years that will be taller. The closest tower under construction to Aura in terms of height is 1 Bloor at 260 meters.
