Here is my updated Top Ten list for buildigns under construction in Toronto. I've updated it to include the Harbour Plaza Development which has broken ground in the Southcore Region south of the railway lands. ( This is preliminary, but all signs indicate that Menkes is building the foundations of the Office Tower and the condo all at once, without signing a tenant, and without selling a single unit.
