Toronto City Hall (New)

Toronto City Hall is located at the corner of Bay and Queen and was built in 1965 by Finnish Architect Vijlo Revell. It replaced Old City Hall which is across Bay Street and it was built in 1899. The new City Hall sits on land previously home to Toronto's Chinatown, which still sits directly north and west of the building along Dundas and Spadina Ave. The building features two unequal height towers and a round chamber building. It is world famous and it has been featured in countless movies and TV shows. Most famously getting blown up in the Resident Evil movies when it stood in for the city hall of Racoon City. It was also featured in the original Star Trek TV series of the 1960's. City Hall is located in Nathan Phillips Square which is a large public space which is currently being renovated into a grand plaza for city residents and visitors alike.

Getting a Mortgage and Mortgage Insurance through BMO Insurance for financing a loan to purchase at FIVE Condos is actually a relatively easy process, and new rules from the federal government has required that company include new regulations, which have made the home loan and mortgage process a bit more difficult. Those changes at BMO Insurance include shortening the amortization period for which the loan can be held by the consumer, and the degree to which the property is financed by the mortgage. They have also increased deposit requirements to lift the loan insurance amount. Mortgage insurance from BMO Insurance is actually one of the major financing costs on home loans.
