This project was developed by Cityzen, the same company responsible for the L Tower going up next door, along with Backstage Condos.  The project itself was meant to compliment the existing warehouse structures of the St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood, in which it resides, particularly at the base of the twin towers. The buildings contain retail units on the lower floors, and the towers are designed in a cosmopolitan style.The lower floors also contain loft units, nicknamed London Lofts.

Amenities

Second level of the podium contains the recreational facilities including swimming and lounging areas. This area is referred to as the ClubLondon. It also includes fitness areas, spa, and cardio training centre. A great place to have fun and stay in shape.

I took this picture while walking through the St. Lawrence Market, and while grabbing pictures of L Tower I photographed this recently built project as well.

Getting a Mortgage and Mortgage Insurance through The Co-operators for financing a loan to purchase at FIVE Condos is actually a relatively easy process, and new rules from the federal government has required that company include new regulations, which have made the home loan and mortgage process a bit more difficult. Those changes at The Co-operators include shortening the amortization period for which the loan can be held by the consumer, and the degree to which the property is financed by the mortgage. They have also increased deposit requirements to lift the loan insurance amount. Mortgage insurance from The Co-operators is actually one of the major financing costs on home loans.
