| Trump Tower and BAC |
The first office tower (major) to be built in Toronto in over 14 years, (Bay Wellington Tower - 1991) This building was completed in 2006, and is connected via the path to "The Bay" Shopping Centre north of Richmond south of Queen and to Scotiaplaza, directly to the south. There are currently plans to build the second phase of this development, most likely before the winter season begins.
The tower is 50 floors and reaches 218 meters tall.
Trump Tower
Took this picture earlier in September of both the Trump Tower and Bay Adelaide Centre. I saw today that tripadvisor ranted the Trump Tower as the number 1 hotel in the city. Based mainly on customer service, and the friendly staff. Great to see that after only 9 months is already on top.
Trump tower is 57 floors and 276 meters tall.

Those changes at The Co-operators include shortening the amortization period for which the loan can be held by the consumer, and the degree to which the property is financed by the mortgage. They have also increased deposit requirements to lift the loan insurance amount. Mortgage insurance from The Co-operators is actually one of the major financing costs on home loans.
