More towers constructed from the early aughts (00's). Funny enough by buddy from University bought a condo here and since moving to Manhattan has rented it out he says that its a pure money maker for him and he tried to purchase another unit but one was not available at that time. To me the building is pretty nondescript late 90's looking tower.
The building is at the corner of Bay and Wellesley, steps to both Yonge and University Avenues.
