Here is a quick picture of 1500 Don Mills, I took from this morning. Some of you guys might know it as the Rothmans Building, for the smoking company that bears it's name.
It's at the the South
West corner of Don Mills Road and York Mills Road in Don Mills, the building is about
240,000 square feet building was built in the late 1970's and was extensively
renovated quite recently I believe about 5 or 6 years ago.
The building is about 10 floors high and is clad in curtainwall glass. It is located next to awesome foodie plaza's on York Mills which were built this year, along with the existing plazas, featuring Lick's Burgers, Shoeless Joe's, Swiss Chalet, and Tim Hortons. The opposite side of the building is the Don Valley and the Donalda Golf Course.
