Condo land fees across Canada have increased dramatically. In cities like Toronto Calgary Edmonton and Vancouver where you have an inflated price for condos and real estate in general price of land and fees have increased some 31% and with developers also looking to increase the thighs new condos these prices will continue to go up in the escalate.
