Rosehaven Homes held a groundbreaking event for their luxury condominium, The Randall Residences - Oakville

Oakville-based residential development firm Rosehaven Homes held a groundbreaking event for their luxury condominium, The Randall Residences, on April 26th. Located at the corner of Randall Street and Reynolds Road, the project is expected to contribute to the urban revitalization of Oakville's historic core.

The event, attended by The Honorable Rob Burton, Mayor of Oakville, architect Richard Wengle, interior designer Ferris Rafauli, Marco & Silvio Guglietti, and Shane Mungal of Quintessentially Lifestyle Canada, was a knock out success attended by local dignitaries, tastemakers and community stakeholders. Catered by the Mark McEwan Group, guests enjoyed delectable hors d'oeuvres, including citrus curried shrimp, alongside mimosas and Vineland Estates wine. Engraved shovels were used to break ground, and confetti dazzled onlookers as the dig commenced. Following the ceremony, developers Marco and Silvio Guglietti were joined by Wengle, Rafauli, and representatives from RE/MAX Aboutowne Realty Corp Avis & Irish. The team took questions from the crowd and led a visit to The Randall Residences model suite, where guests were presented with roses and champagne.

The building's architecture and design were inspired by the Beaux-Arts movement, which originated in Paris. Suites range from 1,800 to over 3,000 square feet, and feature grand rotunda foyers, wide gallery hallways, superb sight lines, gracefully proportioned principal rooms, dramatic 10 and 12-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and Juliet balconies. Opulent interiors include book-matched marble flooring, rich millwork, modern Paris-inspired kitchens, bathroom and light fixtures, as well as Italian cabinetry.

The building boasts a

beautifully landscaped common rooftop terrace and a hotel-style concierge service provided by the Forest Hill Group. Randall residents will be enrolled in the exclusive members-only program, Quintessentially Lifestyle Canada, and the esteemed Toronto restaurant, Sotto Sotto, will occupy the anchor tenancy on the ground floor.

Additional retail space will be occupied by businesses that enhance the refined way of life at The Randall Residences.

The Randall Residences will be holding a Quintessentially Lifestyle themed event at the Rosehaven Homes sales centre in mid-June to celebrate the various lifestyle amenities offered at this prestigious address. For more information, please visit TheRandallResidences.com.
