Williams & Williams to Sell Over 100 American Luxury Homes in 31 States via Live Auctions March 10-14
Williams & Williams (www.williamsauction.com), the premier brand in real estate auctions, announced it will sell more than 100 luxury homes located across the U.S. during its five-day "American Luxury Live Auction" event. Properties to be auctioned are located in vacation, retirement, suburban and urban communities in 31 states and represent a wide variety of architectural styles, values, and lifestyle amenities. The global live auctions will take place on-site at the properties and simultaneously online atauctionnetwork.com, for bidders who want to bid remotely, Monday through Friday, March 10-14.
"These homes are in beautiful areas of the country and they'll be sold on the lawn where people can see what they're buying and who they're bidding against," said Pam McKissick, Williams & Williams Auction's Co-owner and CEO. "Obviously, if you can't attend in person, we provide simultaneous remote bidding and property-specific programming, through Auction Network. When over a hundred luxury homes in thirty-one states find new stewards in a matter of five days, you begin to understand and appreciate the power of live auction."
Williams & Williams' "American Luxury Live Auction Event" features equestrian estates, golf and country club homes, waterfront retreats and heirloom luxury homes. The properties, ranging in age from over 200 years to one year, include a wooded retreat in Woodstock, NY, a deep-water estate in Edgewater, MD, an expansive home near Lake Nona Country Club in Orlando, FL, a statuesque 9,500+/- sq ft brick residence in Bethesda, MD, a waterfront condo in Miami, FL, a five-bedroom home in Scottsdale, AZ, and a single family home in Honolulu, HI.
