Construction Update from Ryerson Student Learning Centre on Yonge just north of Gould. (Yonge and Dundas Area)
Construction by Contractor Ellis Don and just north of the HMV Building and 10 Dundas East Retail and Shopping Centre in the downtown core of Toronto, Ontario.
The building will be home to Ryerson students studying in the core of the city with addition retail located at the base of the building. Nearby attraction include the Zanzibar Strip club as well as the Eaton Centre Mall.
Just to the north you have the Aura Condo tower and the College Park Mall. At the corner of College and Yonge. The building has a central location and provides and exciting development opportunities for Yonge Street Strip.
