Core Condos Takes Shape in Toronto at Shuter and Dalhousie

Core condo development takes its place at Shuter and Dalhousie. New Condo in Toronto market looking to make waves. The condo is actually a mid-to-highrise building with 24 floors. It has been designed by Page and Steele Based out of Toronto. Also responsible for the Southcore Delta Hotel down by the Lakeshore. The development team behind it is CentreCourt Developments.

There may be some shadowing concerns due to a nearby park, other concerns revolve around the historic building which will have to be retrofitted to allow the tower to be built overhead, or it could be taken down in it's entirety and replaced with a historic facade, which is one of the more disliked practices of Toronto Developers.

The development is being marketed as an upmarket residence so expect pricing to start from the mid - to high $400,000 price range, so good for downtown executives looking for a peid-a-terre living.
