Exhibit melds art and design, rising up as four cube structures veiled with fritted glass, each slightly skewed, giving the appearance of stacking randomly in a vertical structure," said architect Rosario Varacalli. Indeed, Exhibit is one of the most forward-thinking examples of 21st century architecture to be witnessed in North America.

The inventory at Exhibit Condos, on Avenue and Bloor, is now down to six penthouse suites, announced the developers, Bazis Inc., Metropia and Plaza. This collection of a mere half-dozen luxury condos in Yorkville heralds the final opportunity to have a stake in the iconic building, with unobstructed and permanently-protected vistas of the city.

"Exhibit will prove itself a powerful landmark of the Downtown Toronto skyline," said Veronika Belovich, director of sales and marketing for Bazis. "It is a beautifully artful statement of a building, which blends in with the surrounding architecture of Bloor Street, simultaneously stamping its own signature on the cityscape."

The final six Exhibit penthouses boast fritted-glazed balconies or terraces that showcase panoramic views north and south (the latter are forever-protected). Penthouse interiors are crafted by Diego Burdi, of the acclaimed international design group Burdifilek. Oversize master bedrooms feature walk-in closets and exquisitely-finished bathrooms, as well as kitchens outfitted with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele appliances.

Further benefits to residents of Exhibit include an Entertainment Floor with a bar lounge, party room, rooftop garden with a shimmering reflecting pool accented by an aquatic sculpture; above the Entertainment Floor is a contemporary fitness gallery, yoga studio, and cool-down lounge.
All penthouse owners will enjoy the addition of a glowing 'jewel box' lobby replete with glass walls, muted limestone flooring and the services of an executive concierge 24/7.

Exhibit is situated at 200 Bloor Street West in the midst of Toronto's "cultural avenue." Its heart-of-Yorkville address means Exhibit is just moments away from museums, designer boutiques, specialty stores, and some of Toronto's finest cuisine.
Prices for the final six Exhibit penthouses range between $850,000 to $3.7 million. Remaining inventory can be found at bazis.ca/exhibit.

Exhibit Condos by Bazis - Hoarding Up For Construction
Hoarding Up for Exhibit Condos at Avenue Road and Bloor

Exhibit Residences is a condominum tower being proposed at the corner of Bloor and Avenue Road directly across from the Royal Ontario Museum. It has a striking appearance very complementary to the ROM Building next door. The tower is being developed by Bazis, probably most famous for a building they were never to build, One Bloor East. However, it appears, that they have righted their ship since the financial crisis of 2008 and have many projects underway in the city of Toronto, including a landmark development in North York called Emerald Park. Partners in this development include Metropia, and Plazacorp.
