Montreal has had a bit of a hot streak with the condos as of late, and the Bell Centre Condo in Montreal known as the Tour Des Canadiens is going to benefit with some additional floors added to the development.
MONTREAL — The condo tower to be built on top of the Montreal Canadiens Bell Centre arena will have 50 floors, two more than originally planned, says the construction consortium led by Cadillac Fairview and the NHL hockey club.
Owners of the 552 units will be given priority to purchase regular season games, skate on the same ice as the league’s most successful team and participate in private team workouts.
