Paris Towers : Hermitage Plaza Moving Forward (Tallest Towers In Europe)

The Hermitage Project in the La Defense District of Paris is a transformative design, led by architectural great, Sir. Norman Foster. The twin towers will reach a height of 323 meters or 1060 feet, and have a total of 93 floors. The developer of the project Hermitage SAS had intended for the project to have a different feel under the guidance of Jacques Ferreir however they went with Sir. Foster instead.

The tower is still in the proposal stage, as construction has not yet commenced, and the Worldwide Financial Crisis, and the Euro-Crisis sure didn't speed this project along. That's for sure. It was originally planned for completion in 2016. There has been heavy resistance to the project from local groups in Paris whom find the towers too large and too tall, even though it looks as though the project valued at 2.2 billion euros, will actually develop into what would be Western Europe's tallest towers, even dwarfing the Shard project to the north in London-town Letting Agents .

Paris, is a city in which the most expensive living accomodation can boast extravagent additions, and massive balcony space, it's an interesting investment considing the sleek and mostly residential towers actually would look more in place in cities far flung such as Dubai or Shanghai.
