Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced it has expanded to Australia's Gold Coast with the signing of an exclusive 25-year master franchise agreement for the Queensland market.
The office is located in the heart of Gold Coast's financial precinct and will do business as Gold Coast Sotheby's International Realty.
Owner Michael Pallier also owns and operates two Sydney Sotheby's International Realty offices. Marius Von Zeppelin serves Gold Coast Sotheby's International Realty as general manager, and the firm is located at Level 7, Corporate Centre One, Bundall, Gold Coast.
