New very clever, and very small living at Queen Street West and Simcoe, in a lot currently being occupied by a parking lot. But the area is trendy, and the condos will be very small, I believe it's a project involving mirco-condos of only around 300 square feet of space, and with starting prices from the 250,000 dollar mark, which will make if affordable for people you just need a downtown peid a terre, or those that don't need a lot of interior living space, as they are on the town most evenings.
