King West Revival: Hudson Condo and Charlie Condos

A quick tour down King Street West, where we have Charlie Condos in the background and Hudson " A Condominum" up front and center. King Street West is the epicentre of the new urban renewal of downtown Toronto, and the Entertianment District in Particular by Yonge an Professional adults that have made this area their home. I for one use to work on the strip in the advertising industry and my commutes to the office included gazing at the teaming masses of Young adults walking and biking down King Street in both directions headed off to their offices. Toronto has become a very hip city, and I'd say King Street West is the centre of hipness!

Charlie Condos is still under construction, I walked by there on Saturday night while on the strip and notice lots of unclade units with glass, still not fully installed. The Charlie Condos stand about 36 floors tall and are quite visible from the intersections to the north at Dundas and Spadina, all the way east back to University and Simcoe coming in from the east.

Two shots one at the intersection of King and Spadina the other looking south towards King from North on Spadina.
