Hines Has Launched Wolf Point Mega Tower in Chicago Hines Development has submitted a proposal for the development of three towers.
The First phase of the development (The West Tower) is proposed as residential and will be 525 feet, and contain 510 units and 200 parking spots.

The Second phase of the project (The South Tower) will be proposed at 950 tall, and will be mixed use, containing office, retail, residential and hotel space, with 850 parking spots. The Last phase of the project (East Tower) will be 750 feet and also be mixed use, and may contain, office, retail, and residential or hotel space with 200 parking spots available.
The total maximum available between the second and third phase will be allowed a maximum of 900 residential units, and 450 hotel rooms.
