Exhibit Condos by Bazis - Hoarding Up For Construction
Hoarding Up for Exhibit Condos at Avenue Road and Bloor

Exhibit Residences is a condominum tower being proposed at the corner of Bloor and Avenue Road directly across from the Royal Ontario Museum. It has a striking appearance very complementary to the ROM Building next door. The tower is being developed by Bazis, probably most famous for a building they were never to build, One Bloor East. However, it appears, that they have righted their ship since the financial crisis of 2008 and have many projects underway in the city of Toronto, including a landmark development in North York called Emerald Park. Partners in this development include Metropia, and Plazacorp.

The building includes a luxurious lobby space, and amenties are located on the 9th and 10th floors. The parking is located above ground and hidded being the same cladding as the building, so as not to stick out too much and draw attention to the owners vehicles.

The design at least the way I see looks pretty daring for Toronto, which is very conservative. So this tower will be big news when it's gets underway, and a big draw once it's built.
