The tower's lower levels, exten into a public concourse which will open routes to Guy's Hosptial, and King's College. The southern residentail areas of the business community along the Thames River. The building is also 30% more energy efficent than a similar sized tower due to the use of the latest conservation and recycling techniques, including a ventilated double skin facade which aims to improve heat loss.
