Here is an updated hotel/casino proposal rendering which will be adjacent to BC Place. It is being billed as an "urban resort" to take focus away from casino component which sunk the previous proposal. The plan for this incarnation is to only transfer over the Edgewater capacity rather than expand upon it (at least until later)...
