357 King West - aka Tux Condos : Project Halted


Looks like Great Gulf is having trouble selling units at it's Tux Condo project at 357 King Street West. Now, while the sales are soft, it appears that the flood of other projects starting construction which I documented yesterday might have something to do with this. There have been a lot of condo sales in the Entertainment District as of late, and this project was a little slow to get to the party, and Great Gulf paid the price. I don't have any doubt, that once, the sales cycle stabilises this project will launch again, likely in another format, which another design.


The project is located at 357 King Street West at the corner of Blue Jays Way and King Street.
