The 250 Renovation work has wrapped up ad the new entrance is touched up. The 250 is the office tower which sits directly above the Eaton Centre. It was built in 1990 and constructed by Cadillac Fairview developments. Which is a part of the massive Ontario Teachers Pension Fund.
