The residential component of the building will consist of a total of 315 suites. The difference about this building, is that the builders are proposing a completely car free building. There will be no parking allocated to residents however, there will be a few parking spots devoted to car. This is one of the most exciting project in Toronto, and located right at the St. Patrick Subway Stop along Dundas
