New Project Planned by Midway Companies in Upper Kirby District

The redevelopment of Levy Park will establish an exciting, community-focused, mixed-use environment within Houston’s Upper Kirby District. Property Management 

 The project begins with the redevelopment of an existing six-acre park, which is currently under utilized. In a collaborative partnership, the Upper Kirby District and Midway will redevelop the park into a world-class urban public space, that will serve as a community focal point and a venue to host events and district-centered programming.

Reports and  rumors after the new tower was announced but there hasn't been any recent news heard  since. it seems like it would be hard to find someone to buy their huge old campus from them, but maybe it could be split up into a business park or something. if they were to relocate the rest of their employees they would need a pretty large tower one would think. maybe Houston's next supertall?
