A two-story condo in the groundbreaking 860-880 Lake Shore Drive Which looks like those condos that broke ground in the early 1990's style, seems to be gaining ground with buyers in the Chicago Area. The project which was originally designed by famed architect Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe, is actually a recently sold unit that went for over 2,000,000 dollars.
