For Greenboro Communities, the start to the spring selling season has proved timely. Their recent launch of Village at the Hamptons in West Edmonton has caught the attention of would-be buyers, while setting a new standard for what a community offers to its residents. "Village at the Hamptons provides you with the greatest value in West Edmonton – a place where spending less doesn't mean sacrificing the community environment that you want and desire", explains Ryan Doherty, Alberta Multi-Family Sales Manager.

Residents seem to agree. The community launched for sale in mid-May and was 25 % sold out through the first weekend. "We're ecstatic about the response we've seen from future residents. At this pace, the Hamptons will soon become the vibrant community that we all envision", says Doherty.
One bedroom floor plans start from the $130's, and two-bedroom plans can be had for bi-weekly payments of $298. In most cases, residents can own an Edmonton condo for less than they would expect to pay in rent. In all, the community will offer 458 residences – made up of both condominiums and townhomes.
