The next stage of the Hullmark Office and Condo project has been reached as the office portion of the mixed use tower which will also have condo units on top, reached the dividing line between the two formats. As you can see a transfer slab has been reached, which will see construction of the condo tower begin over the office portion of Hullmark.
The twin condo project, spearheaded by Tridel out of Toronto will see North York Centre have a true commercial hub along with indoor access to the important Yonge and University Subway line along with the Eastern Sheppard Subway line.
Across the street construction is also ongoing for another landmark tower, the Emerald Park Condo towers under construction by Bazis should create a true visual grandeur for the entrance into North York that this suburban city has never seen before. Looking forward to both projects, having them topped out and seeing what types of business they will span in their presence.
