The Gibson Square Condo Project by Menkes Developments currently under construction in North York across from the North York City Centre Office Building and Civic Centre, continues to move up with the construction cranes and concrete. The building located about 1 kilometer from the intersection of Yonge and Sheppard is actually comprimised of two building which will tower to a near 42 floors tall, making them some of the tallest condo buildings ever built in Notrh York .
Down the road from this project, Tridel is making a go of it with the Hullmark Centre Towers which are rising at Yonge and Sheppard, that project, although is not a pure condo like Gibson Square, in fact it is actually comprimised of a building which is part office building, the lower floors and the upper floors are condo residenices. The good news however is the building will be linked by the PATH to the subway and other adjacent buildings in the North York Core.
