U Condos - Making Steadier and Faster Progress

The U Condo Development at St. Mary's and Bay Street in downtown Toronto seems to be making much faster progress from my last report. This tower which has been under construction now for almost 3 years is now clearly above ground and approaching the 2 level. We've been patiently waiting for this tower to move faster and now the excitment has begun, although a bit belated to say the least.
