Haters Beware: Toronto Condo Prices Head Up In April


Well, Well, Well. Toronto condo, in particular downtown Condos had a fantastic price apprciation in April just as we all contemplate the mythical Toronto condo bubble and it's bursting all around us. Oh, may it's just too funny, that the naysayers and doomsayers will have nothing to talk about for a while. Let's see how long it takes for them to come up with some new stats the back up their clumsy asseretions that the Toronto Condo Market is headed into a hole. One they have been speaking about for at least the past 3 or 4 years, and we've all been patiently waiting for the poppping sound to occur.

Here is the info on prices from the TREB Board of Realtors in the Toronto Region.

Toronto Condo Prices were up 5.6 per cent to an average of $379,266, there was a decline in sales of just 1.3 per cent over last April, according to statistics released Friday by the Toronto Real Estate Board. Overall Home sales actually dipped by about 2% last month, but that wasn't enough to impact on the price of homes and condos which are in scarce supply despite the record breaking condo boom that is happening in Toronto.
