I passed by the INDX Condo site, sometime last week, and observed the site. If you were wondering, INDX Condos is at the site of the old Harry Stinston Project called, Sapphire Tower, which would have been if constructed the tallest tower in Toronto. Of course for it to move forward it would had to get past City Hall and the shadowing concerns at Nathan Phillips Square.
The INDX Condo project, will be far shorter than that proposal though, at a height of 179 meters or so, it's still mighty tall for a residential tower, and probably as tall as would ever be allowed on this current location. The project developed by Lifetime Developments, has been noted due to it's rapid sales success in a supposed slowing condo market in Toronto.
