Cinema Condos and Pinnacle on Adelaide - Construction UpdateMy latest update from the corner of John and Adelaide looking south. Funny there is a Marshall's Store in the photo as the Marshall's Store at College Park Aura, opened up today. The Cinema Condo tower is being built by Daniels, and Pinnacle on Adelaide is being built by Pinnacle International out of Vancouver. The projects are located in the Toronto Entertainment District, which is fast becoming the hottest residential condo district in Toronto.
