Toronto Condo Dwellers Face New Challenges

#Toronto Condo Dwellers Face New Challenges.

As the condo boom continues in Toronto without fail, the city and developers are asking questions about smart growth and what type of growth do they want to support. Many condo dwellers face challenges with regards to space, and mobility when they move into their new condos, and new public consultations led by the city, and developers look to head off potential problems that have arisen in the past before they become ingrained in new developments.

Some of the issues relate to more green space nearby condos, as well as places for condo dwellers to take their pets out for a walk, and more street level convinencies a level above so to say, laundry and fast food joints. There have also been complaints that the City allows developers to get away with bad construction of their units as well. Other points of note included the need for more communal space for greater association of the residents within the condo developments as well, as more community space.
