Site Prep Underway on the massive project which will include two condos of 62 floors and 66 floors ranging in height between 223 meters and 234 meters. One York will be the office component of the project, which will add to the number of office towers under construction in Toronto. Almost 6 million square feet of office space is under construction in Toronto, or is planned to start in the near term 2013
