Pinnacle International Refuses Comment on One YongePinnacle International, the developer of the 100 Storey 1 Yonge Property, has refused to comment on the release of preliminary sketches for the property. The developers based out of Lotusland (aka Vancouver) paid a reported $280 million for the site. The only way Pinnacle International gets its money back with a proper market return is with the construction of at least two supertall towers of 98 floors and 92 floors, and two smaller towers of 70 floors, and a office tower of about 40 floors. This will maximize their return on investment. Now Pinnacle has stated, that they have yet to submit any site plan to the City of Toronto for consideration. At least, not yet!
